Our goal is to make the on-boarding experience as painless as possible! During the sign up process you'll provide us with Admin logins to your WP Dashboard which we'll then use to handle the rest.

The vast majority of on-boarding goes off without a hitch!  However, due to the wide range of unknowns (hosting environment, themes, plugin combinations, etc...) we can't 100% guarantee there won't be any hiccups.  However, we'll be sure to take care of any issues arising from our team ASAP!

Absolutely not - in fact, we hate contracts! If you are not satisfied with our service you are free to cancel at any time.

CuratedWP focuses on keeping your site secure and updated. But if you need some web development work done to your site, we know some cool people who do outstanding work we can recommend.

Tricky question - we offer different plans because we know each site has different needs and requirements. We'd recommend starting out by looking at our Features and seeing which plan delivers what you need. Our most popular plan is our Business Plan.

Pricing and customer service. We're not aware of any other managed Wordpress service that has plans starting as low as $29 per month. Also, we really do have a goal for 100% customer satisfaction so we are committed to working our tails off to make sure you are happy.

Yes, unfortunately there is no such thing as 100% security. With enough time, energy, and resources any site can be hacked. But with our weekly, daily, and hourly backups, we’ll be able to restore your site back to its former (unhacked) glory.

There are so many factors that go into SEO rankings that we definitely can't make any promises regarding rankings. What we can tell you is this: search engines like Google and Bing definitely don't like sites flagged with malware/hacks!
